  • Shipping Times: on average 48 working hours from order confirmation. Times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

Important Note: Deliveries are made only to adults. The courier may request an identity document.

Returns

f you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in accordance with the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

  • Time Frame: within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Conditions: products must be returned intact, unopened, in their original packaging, and complete with any accessories.
  • Exceptions: returns of opened bottles or perishable/expired products are not accepted.

How to Request a Return

  2. Wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions.

Refund

  • After receiving and inspecting the products, we will process the refund within 14 days.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise communicated by us.
